F1 Runners' Team: F1 RUNNERS' TEAM ! Whether you run for fun, fitness, competition, or social; F1 Runners' TEAM is always there for you. It is discipline & determination that sets us apart from others. DISCIPLINE >> Is compulsory for all members to put on our RED and WHITE running attire for all training session with a set goal. All members must attend minimum 6 training sessions within a month with the running TEAM. DETERMINATION >> Our goals are accomplished through constant determination. First, we analyse and set achievable goals for every individual. Secondly, we will plan the training program and for the participants to carry those training program to meet those goals.
